Emergency Medical Technicians & Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians

• Possesses a minimum of one year of verifiable full-time emergency basic life support EMS experience.
• Maintain current Pennsylvania EMT or AEMT certification, current approved CPR certification, has completed basic provider ITLS or PHTLS at least once (required within 1 year of employment), annual Haz-Mat Awareness, NIMS IS-700 and EVOC (EMSVO).
• Must hold an unexpired Pennsylvania class C driver’s license (or equivalent), possess a high-school diploma or GED, and be at least 18 years of age.

Paramedics

• Possesses a minimum of one year of verifiable full time emergency advanced life support EMS experience.
• Maintains current Pennsylvania EMT-P certification, current approved CPR certification, has completed advanced provider ITLS or PHTLS at least once (required within one year of employment date), ACLS, PALS, annual Haz-Mat Awareness, NIMS IS-100/700 and EVOC (EMSVO).
• Must hold an unexpired Pennsylvania class C driver’s license (or equivalent), possess a high-school diploma or GED, and be at least 18 years of age.
